I recently upgraded my Kia Sorento X-pro to Sorento SX HEV (hybrid). Update: As directed by your response, I called the number a few times, and every time I was told Marco would call me back. However, after a few weeks, I still have not heard from anyone. There is a lack of accountability with this organization. It is quite disgraceful to reply to a google review, and yet there is no follow-through to actually try and find a resolution.
