Went there a few times for repairs under warranty. Staff at the desk is friendly but if you ask them questions about what was done they are clueless. Job is botched, they ruined my battery rack and claim it wasn't them but i haven't brought my car anywhere else in the last 3 years. Wouldn't recommend. Get your Kia fixed at another dealer who actually has proper technicians.
