Service writer Laura provided exceptional service to me . I needed an Uber ride to return to Kia and she arranged it but somehow the Uber response changed my pick up address. I was stuck and it was 98 degrees where I was standing. She proactively saw what happened and found another Uber ride for me and she waited at her desk after Kia closing hours to make sure I was safely picked up and dropped off at Kia Country. This is why I go to Kia Country .
I had a great experience with the Kia service team. They repaired my car professionally, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I would especially like to thank Ibrahim for helping me with translation. He was very kind, patient, and made sure I understood everything. His support made a big difference, and I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire Kia team. I highly recommend this dealership and service department!
Scheduled an afternoon appointment and was able to get in early for the oil change and tire rotation.
Ended up not buying but very pleasant and no pressure sales.
