I have always had a good experience with them! Last time it was a recall, and it was done very quickly and efficiently
My car has been here for service since 7/24/25. No one has called me to tell me what's wrong or when it will be ready
The service was fine, but we were overcharged. The part was more than $100 less expensive on the Kia Parts website. In addition, it’s 8 bolts to secure the part and we were charged an hour labor. In my mind, we were charged about $200 too much altogether.I called and reached out on their website 4 times to discuss this, but they never responded. Bad business.
