Came in for routine service. The actual work done was great and the staff are friendly. However, their online booking system does not block off appointment times so even if you make an appt you will be in line with everyone else that made one. Because of this I will not return as the whole point of an appointment is to get the work done quickly.
Pressed them about registering and filing with the IRS for used EV tax credit and was told that it's on me and my accountant to figure it out. Despite showing them the exact paperwork and steps needed they ignored my requests and no longer able to get the proper refund.
I brought my 2019 Kia Forte in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After the rotation, the service center informed me that three tires needed replacing—and charged me $60 for a rotation that was effectively pointless since the tires were immediately replaced. They also performed a fuel induction service which I later learned is not recommended by Kia for regular maintenance unless there are specific performance issues (I had none). My initial visit was with Fernando last week when I scheduled an appointment. I explained my issues and told him I felt it would be best to show a technician the issues I’m having because it’s way easier to show a technician what’s happening vs explaining it to a service writer who will try to to interpret what your issue is.
