I brought my 2019 Kia Forte in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After the rotation, the service center informed me that three tires needed replacing—and charged me $60 for a rotation that was effectively pointless since the tires were immediately replaced. My initial visit was with Fernando last week when I scheduled an appointment. I explained my issues and told him I felt it would be best to show a technician the issues I’m having because it’s way easier to show a technician what’s happening vs explaining it to a service writer who will try to to interpret what your issue is.
