Really great facility! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful service associates. It's always a pleasant experience when I visit this facility. They are very attentive, very understanding. I always have a comfortable place to wait while my vehicle is being serviced. And they almost always finish the service earlier than expected. Worse dealership experience ever. We showed up about 30 minutes before closing just to take a quick look at a car’s interior. A staff member told us to check out the car outside, so we did. While we were still looking—less than 5 minutes in—they silently locked the car and walked away without saying a word. We were literally still standing there trying to look. I visited the Kia Lee Johnson service center today for regular service and recall updates. I want to share a few concerns about my experience: 1. When I asked if there were any service coupons, I mentioned that Kia Everett had offered discounts in the past. The representative responded abruptly, saying, “We are not Kia Everett,” and added, “We don’t match,” even though I was just asking. The tone felt dismissive and unfriendly. 2. After a year of trying to coordinate a repair of my EV6, which included taking time off work to bring it in multiple times only to be told that the part needed was not in stock and had not been ordered, I was disappointed to find out that Kia was not going to make the repair at all. They sent the part to a body shop for paint last week and texted me that it would be ready for Kia to install soon.
