Brought my car in for an oil change appointment. After waiting about an hour. My car was still not serviced. There were no apologies, just that if i was in a hurry I could leave. If you're looking for a basic oil change expect long wait times.

I’ll say, I’m glad they send the video of the inspection but my vehicle was done at 11:12 and I stared at my car with it hazard lights on for 45 minutes while I asked multiple times when I could go, and they kept saying they needed to get the paperwork. They finally had my paperwork ready for me to sign almost an hour later. Nothing was being done to my car! I think I’ll go to Renton and try my luck there next time. This dealerships service department was great with the care of the car, finding the issue my car had and keeping us up to date on the status of the car. I am so sorry about the previous review I thought I was Posting to the other dealerships review page.
Very poor customer service from Steve. His communication was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.👎👎👎
