Adding to prior comments (5/17/25) As always, the Kia Service team is awesome! They are currently testing my 2020 Forte regarding an engine issue. I appreciate their candor and thorough approach. I worked with a new team member, James, who is a great addition - friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
