After just purchasing the car last week a code came up which happened to be the same code it showed at dealership which they told us that it would all be fixed well obviously not. My 21 year old single pregnant self went and sat for 5 hours for them they wouldnt touch it and it was going to cost her 5 grand. Now Kentucky doesnt have a lemon law but the attorney generals office and BBB both were contacted. They sold the car knowing it was needing fixed. They told us it was. I have been a customer for years. They have always been honest and completed the work in a timely manner! What I thought was a transmission issue was in fact battery and spark plug related. They easily could have taken advantage but they were honest and I greatly appreciate that. James was my contact and he is so nice and friendly. Good experiences all around.
