Kia service center was able to repair a small issue with my 2025 Kia telluride. Service did forget to save a loaner car for me when I dropped my car off the evening before my appointment. Joe was very patient with me even though I was quite disgruntled about the absence of a loaner car. Fitz in sales (who was not even my sales guy) stepped in and helped secure a car for me to take home that evening with the assistance of Colby (I believe he is an owner). Always appreciate getting to work with Joe. Had the engine in my car replaced and Joe made sure that I got a loaner. I’ll come back due to the great service I get when I work with Joe.
