Poor service
I always have an excellent experience at Sansone Kia in Avenel, thanks to my service advisor Corey Smith. From the moment I purchased my car, he has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Corey takes the time to follow up, remembers previous concerns I've had with my car, and makes scheduling service incredibly easy. After having issues with recalls and check engine lights due to recalls and knock sensors on my 2023 Kia. After coming into this location and speaking with the manager I received the utmost level of service and have zero complaints they went above and beyond for us and I really would like to thank the service manager at this location. 5 star A++. Poor maintenance of the services. The lady on the front desk is rude. Took me 4 hours to get my servicing done, initially told it will take an hour.
I had never been the protagonist of such poor service before ( I guess there’s a first time for everything). And I’m not exaggerating: if negative stars existed, this service department would earn a negative infinity rating. After 4 days, multiple phone calls, and repeated promises with exact pickup times, nothing was ever ready. I made two separate trips to the dealership for nothing.
