After having issues with recalls and check engine lights due to recalls and knock sensors on my 2021 Kia Seltos S. After coming into this location and speaking with the manager I received the utmost level of service and have zero complaints they went above and beyond for us and I really would like to thank the service manager at this location. 5 star A++. Very poor service. Brought my car in for an oil change, a repair to the connection for my backup camera (which i had already verified), and other driving issues. They kept my car for 3 business days with no communication at all. When I let them know I was coming to pick up my car, all they told me was that it was being looked at. When I got my car back, they tried to recommend 3 thousand dollars worth of repairs to get my car running smoothly. All they did was the oil change in 3 days. Poor service
I always have an excellent experience at Sansone Kia in Avenel, thanks to my service advisor Corey Smith. From the moment I purchased my car, he has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Corey takes the time to follow up, remembers previous concerns I've had with my car, and makes scheduling service incredibly easy.
