Went in because my UNDER WARRANTY and the rear heat wasn’t working. A month later, i got the car back and all the heat isn’t working. At the point of getting a lawyer and suing them
Short version: Never applied my pre-paid oil changes without me explicitly asking when they were doing the invoice. Failed to replace all o the caps on my tires, leaving two tires just with no caps. Charged me for wiper replacements they didn't do, said they'd call me "shortly" but never did. I can't trust whether the work my car needs will actually get done or if they'll just say it did and give me my car back with issues still. Horrible service , the damaged paint on my car when replacing a failed lock. Then they claimed to service my car and find no issue so they charged me for a diagnostic fee even though my car is covered under bumper to bumper warranty. The next day I took it to another dealer who found and fixed the issue . Stay away from this place they are unprofessional and very rude . This place will End up costing you more money stay clear ! There is a reason they have the Lowest ratings for service than all others in the area
Worst place ever! Not experienced and very unprofessional. They told my my car had no issue and the next day we went to another dealer who found the issue and fixed it quickly ! Stay away from this place save yourself and your car the headache. There is a reason they score so low and have such bad ratings and keep changing management . It’s unfair to the customers
Had a very pleasant and convenient experience all thanks to our service advisor Bryant W. He took care of us happily and assured us our car was in good hands bright and early in the morning. Thanks to Christopher as well who I believe serviced our car. We had some recalls and a software update fixed. We were taken home and back to pick up the car courtesy of them as well. 10/10 experience. Car was ready in less than a couple hours. Thank you so much!
