This place is horrible. To change one tire they take 4 hours they don’t care about the costumers.
When I called to schedule service again for a faulty repair , to hear Spencer was back was the best news. He was the most empathetic, professional, knowlegable service employee. Without him the department was horrible and we had made a decision not to purchase our 7th Kia from Sansone due to the horrific service department. We brought my daughter's 2023 car in April for a specific issue. Never have we experienced such ignorant, rude, service before. I thought I was on candid camera, it had to be a joke. This place doesn’t run the same without Spencer. SO GLAD HE IS BACK! Can’t let him go again! I experienced the worst service when he was out. He really cares about the customers, clearly communicates and is 100% genuine and honest. You feel the good vibes now that he’s back!
