I had never been the protagonist of such poor service before ( I guess there’s a first time for everything). And I’m not exaggerating: if negative stars existed, this service department would earn a negative infinity rating. After 4 days, multiple phone calls, and repeated promises with exact pickup times, nothing was ever ready. I made two separate trips to the dealership for nothing. Went in because my UNDER WARRANTY and the rear heat wasn’t working. A month later, i got the car back and all the heat isn’t working. At the point of getting a lawyer and suing them

Short version: Never applied my pre-paid oil changes without me explicitly asking when they were doing the invoice. Failed to replace all o the caps on my tires, leaving two tires just with no caps. Charged me for wiper replacements they didn't do, said they'd call me "shortly" but never did. I can't trust whether the work my car needs will actually get done or if they'll just say it did and give me my car back with issues still. Horrible service , the damaged paint on my car when replacing a failed lock. Then they claimed to service my car and find no issue so they charged me for a diagnostic fee even though my car is covered under bumper to bumper warranty. The next day I took it to another dealer who found and fixed the issue . Stay away from this place they are unprofessional and very rude . This place will End up costing you more money stay clear ! There is a reason they have the Lowest ratings for service than all others in the area
