The service I received from Sydney at this store was unparalleled. She worked for over 6-7 weeks to get my Telluride engine replaced after it was discovered to be consuming oil excessively. She was in constant communication via phone and text, I never had to guess what my vehicle status was, and she was extremely courteous. If you need service to your Kia in the Louisville metro area, call this store and request Syd by name.

I purchased a new vehicle from this large dealership. The finance person offered Pre-Paid Maintenance and said that you can get the oil changes at dealerships everywhere in the country. I live 2 hours away near Nashville. The company that administers the plan could not provide me a list of companies that accept the plan and I could not find a single dealership that would accept it in all of TN or Southern KY. I didn't have to wait forever ... they actually have a credit program, if you qualify, that will help pay your bill ... mainly just like a credit card
