Honestly, the only reason I’m not mad that the lowest I can go is a 1 star is because the 1 star is for Terra. She was a very nice and personable service advisor who kept me updated through my 2 visits and I appreciate her every bit. However, that’s as far as the positives of this location go. I took my car in a few months ago with a complaint that there was some rattling in the front. I was scared to drive it, so it was towed to the Kia service center.
