If you have options to take your Kia somewhere else, do it. My service rep was polite, but that's about all. A/C went out in my 1 yo car. Took them nearly 3 weeks to get a new compressor ordered and installed. Wouldn't give me a loaner until they finished diagnostics, which took a week. Communication was spotty at best and they left the hatch and doors to my car open in the shop the whole time, so my car was filthy upon return. Just a film of dust and pollen inside my car. Extremely poor and unacceptable service at Kia of Preston. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and was told the thermostat needed to be replaced. After the repair, I picked up my car and later discovered the coolant was almost completely empty, which should never happen after this type of service. I had to return, and my vehicle stayed there for over a day and a half with no communication, no updates, and no assistance. I was not offered a ride or any type of support. The service I received from Sydney at this store was unparalleled. She worked for over 6-7 weeks to get my Telluride engine replaced after it was discovered to be consuming oil excessively. She was in constant communication via phone and text, I never had to guess what my vehicle status was, and she was extremely courteous. If you need service to your Kia in the Louisville metro area, call this store and request Syd by name.
