Came in for quick service today; I have been waiting for four hours. Multiple employees on cell phones. Techs in the back sitting in chairs joking and having fun. All problems weee blamed on a new system they didn’t know how to use. The service manager sit in his office for about two hours doing nothing. Every Kia lot in the metro is awful. I accidentally called the wrong location to book an appointment and the staff at the location on Preston were amazing! Laraya was always there to offer me directions, be patient and still allow me to get what I needed even though I was an hour late due to the mix up. Everything was pretty fast. The young lady who helped us didn't seem to understand what we were looking for. We did ask about a Kia suv, however we said ANY suv within our requirements would do and all she came back with were Kia suv's. So we're a little frustrated.

If you have options to take your Kia somewhere else, do it. My service rep was polite, but that's about all. A/C went out in my 1 yo car. Took them nearly 3 weeks to get a new compressor ordered and installed. Wouldn't give me a loaner until they finished diagnostics, which took a week. Communication was spotty at best and they left the hatch and doors to my car open in the shop the whole time, so my car was filthy upon return. Just a film of dust and pollen inside my car.
