What's the point of making an appointment if they make you wait 2 to 2 half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Same wait as a wall in. Very disorganized.

Jacob and Ted are knowledgeable and they don't have the pushy, creepy salesman vibe that we all daunt when buying a car. Ted is the kind of man you can buy a car from and have pizza and a beer with, lol! We are happy with our new car and the service they provided through the process. Thank you two, we appreciate it :-)
They really need to improve their communication. I waited over four hours for an oil change, and it took them more than an hour just to confirm a piece of information,even though it was extremely simple.
BOUGHT a BRAND NEW KIA 2020 from them in 2019, figured I'd leave a review now, Brought it in for the SCHEDULED OIL CHANGES, and after the FOURTH ONE, I noticed JUST a little oil on the tip of the DIP STICK and it was BLACK--I thought; " this thing is burning some crazy amount of oil" because I had JUST HAD THE OIL CHANGED...and after MUCH INVESTIGATION, I discovered THEY WERE NOT CHANGING THE OIL!! OR ROTATING THE TIRES!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!
