☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed with Service Experience I dropped my car off at Kia of Wesley Chapel early Friday morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and blower motor repair under warranty, and clearly informed them I would be back on Sunday to pick it up. Not only did I receive no updates or communication the entire time, but when I arrived on Sunday, I was told they hadn't even started working on my vehicle. I had an outstanding experience thanks to Faisel. He went above and beyond to guide me through the warranty process, taking the time to clearly explain every step and what to expect.
