On March 13th, I had the front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced at Fette Dealer. However, today, I discovered that they failed to install four lug nuts on the rear passenger-side tire. Realizing that this could have led to a life-threatening situation, I am deeply unsettled. I cannot comprehend how the dealer could make such a critical mistake. Bought my wife a new vehicle with Joey. Process was fairly quick and easy. Great customer service from everyone one we spoked to.
I can only speak for my experience and interactions with Darshan Shah in the Kia Service dept., and the overall service provided. He was both very helpful and very informative in setting expectations, and then following through with the service and recommendations. My car was near the end of the warranty (within a month of expiration), and the service (fuel pump) was done promptly and at no cost.
