I'm not sure what these other people are talking about with their negative reviews. But what I do know is most people get on to leave negative reviews and not positive reviews. But I have to say my experience was probably the best that I've ever had anywhere. And Jonathan Enmen was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever dealt with at a service center. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR SERVICE NEEDS. This place has horrible communication. They have issues with their scheduling and when you do finally get in they end up taking much longer than you were told or anticipated. This might very well affect their dealership department as well because I would be hesitant to buy a car from a place that I can’t rely on the servicing of that vehicle. We have an appointment at 7:20am and for some reason at 1pm they still have not even looked at our Kia. Finally at almost 2:30pm our Kia is finished. I don't understand why it takes that long to just fix the horn when you have an appointment first thing in the morning.
Very friendly staff!!
They had my truck two weeks and charged me 2k, including two separate charges for an alignment and still couldn't fix all the the issues they caused from the first visit.
