Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Randy was the advisor we dealt with. He was very courteous, professional and patient. We were told the service would take 1-2hr. The waiting room was very comfortable and had TV screens, WiFi, bottles of water and free coffee for customers waiting. Unfortunately it actually took a full 3 hrs before we were able to to have our car back. Can’t help but wonder how much longer it would have taken if we had gone in for something less “routine”.

Kia Mitsubishi Dealer on Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach sent me a "lottery event" ticket by mail, showing that I won a prize. They included a phone number and a confirmation number. I called, gave them the confirmation code, and was told I was a winner. Shortly after, someone from the dealership called me directly, confirming again that I had won and explaining how to come claim my prize. I came in because of a low tire pressure lights. I must say it was the best experience I had at any dealership. Super knowledgeable, courteous, and willing and willing to help.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this service center. You won't get any updates about the status of your vehicle and in my case they returned me a vehicle still experiencing an issue. The absolute bare minimum is not even being done to ensure that anyones time is not being wasted. I had to walk my own car battery from the service center garage. I have been two months without a car thanks to Phil Smith's Screw Ups. If you enjoy being inconvenienced this is the place for you.
