I had a nightmare experience at this service department. I left my vehicle for AC repair, and it was returned with significant interior damage: deep scratches on the dashboard near the cup holder, and damaged leather. When I brought this to their attention, they deny responsibility for the damage they caused. My biggest mistake was not taking "before" pictures, and they clearly took advantage of that to avoid accountability. We've been in a few times to this service dept and they've always been very helpful and friendly. They've provided great quality service with both warranty and non warranty issues. Definitely would recommend!
Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Randy was the advisor we dealt with. He was very courteous, professional and patient. We were told the service would take 1-2hr. The waiting room was very comfortable and had TV screens, WiFi, bottles of water and free coffee for customers waiting. Unfortunately it actually took a full 3 hrs before we were able to to have our car back. Can’t help but wonder how much longer it would have taken if we had gone in for something less “routine”.

Kia Mitsubishi Dealer on Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach sent me a "lottery event" ticket by mail, showing that I won a prize. They included a phone number and a confirmation number. I called, gave them the confirmation code, and was told I was a winner. Shortly after, someone from the dealership called me directly, confirming again that I had won and explaining how to come claim my prize.
