Most dealerships suck, but this one takes the cake. Charging a diagnostic fee for a wheel sound is stupid to say the least. Also, they argue to not pay the oil change service when testing oil consumption when that is part of the issue. 2nd time around with this place and nothing has changed in 15 years. NEVER AGAIN...I dont even care if they would offer free anything, can't trust them!
Long wait .. when I went in they said 1 - 1 & 1/2. It was well over 2. A nice fella did come in and talk to me once.
