I recently had my car serviced at Mississauga Kia and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Masrur Hasan was welcoming and professional. He took the time to explain what needed attention on my car. The team was efficient and thorough. The quality of service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and expert service.
Walking into Kia Mississauga I was prepared for the worst given that the reviews of Kia Service in many other locations were terrible. But in all honesty these guys were the absolute best, I was overdue on my service and understanding my circumstance they brought me in asap without having to wait. I had a great experience with the service department at Kia! The team was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to thank Hiba, Noman, and Mashhoor — they were all extremely kind, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. Their customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated their patience and clear communication. Highly recommend this service center!
"A scam shop—don’t waste your time and money at this place. I took my car in for repairs, and it only needed a starter, but they charged me $1,080, one thousand eighty $,They replaced parts I had already changed just a month ago. They replaced the sparks plugs, which for $305, and when I called them and told them I had changed the spark plugs less than a month ago, they started playing games and blaming me.
