Went in with 4 tire caps, left with 2. Took my car in for a service nothing major, just routine work. Everything seemed fine until I got home and noticed two of my tire valve caps were missing. I went in with four, came back with two. Not a huge deal, but it makes you question the attention to detail. If they can overlook something that basic, it makes me wonder what else might’ve been skipped. Check your car before you leave.
I brought an EV that I was planning to buy to this Kia service centre to check the battery and charger. I was told the full car check would be complimentary and that I wouldn’t have to pay extra. After 2 hours of waiting, they gave me a report saying everything was fine and the car was in excellent condition. This was not true.
