Find another dealership to bring your car. They asked me for 2-3 days to diagnose my car issue and took almost 20 days just for diagnostics then sent me the parts price and 2 days later sent a different price for the same parts (double). I saw people coming back to the shop complaining about the services they did on their cars.

If there was a lower rating i would give it. I took my brand new 2024 kia in for the first oil change on a Friday. Four days later my car started making a noise and the oil light came on I had it towed to greenway kia. It took them 2 days to tell me the oil plug hadnt been tighten all the way. When i picked my car up they were rude to me and my car was covered in oil. I will never take another vehicle to the service department again.
I'm giving Kia Service 5 stars because of they top rated dedicated service department.. unfortunately I wasn't able to get my truck repaired at the time in was in they're shop because of financial difficulties.
