Thanks to Ben, who didn't waste time lying to me. I talked to several Kia dealerships. This one was the most upfront and honest with me. No tricky verbiage. When it came to negotiation we didn't take baby steps. I was able to get a great deal thanks to their honesty. I love my new Sorento. Thank you guys! Cheers.

I got a call from my daughter while I was on a road trip to anther state that she lost her only key for her 2011 Kia Sorento at the golf course. Sadly, there was nothing I could do until I got back. Unfortunately, her car had to sit at the high school for a week until I got back. I called Kia to see if I could get a key made. Have taken my car here a couple times for service. Mathew has always been very helpful and extremely professional. Will continue to come to Kia for any service regarding my car. Definitely 5 stars

I am writing this review out of extreme disappointment with Kia Santa Maria. My wife and I went through the entire process of applying for a 2026 Kia Sportage. This involved both of us having our credit scores run and getting a full approval for financing. After spending time on the application and receiving the approval, we were told the car was ours.
