This Mo guy is amazing. Since last summer, my neighbor told me she saw a raccoon in our deck outside the kitchen. I asked some guy and he couldn't find it. But mo waited 3 hours and was able to find all the raccoons. Thanks so much!

We had a raccoon in the attic and couldn't be happier with Kia Pest and Mo's services. Right when he arrived, he did a thorough inspection around the house and in the attic . He found the mother raccoon and her babies. He explained everything thoroughly throughout the whole process. Mo helped us pest proof our vents and any other possible entrances. He also helped our neighbours after he was done with our house. Amazing guy, passionate about his work. Would highly recommend.
