I bought a trunk latch from them, it arrived broken. I immediately put in a return request. I got a response saying the picture I submitted couldnt be accessed and to send another. I did that and it was the last communication from them. I have turned in multiple requests, I have emailed the customer support, no response. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Wanted to leave an honest review of these guys. I ordered a rear tail light assembly for my Kia. Not only did the part come fast. But when I called to put the order together, their rep helped me adjust and remove items I didn't need. (Saving me $) And even talked me through where to find the fuse location.
