We have been living in Kia Ora Park Apartments for about 4 years now and a few months back, we moved to another unit within the same community. The management team made the internal move smooth and stress-free. Even after 4 years, the service from the current management remains top-notch! It is a well-managed, reliable, and wonderful place to call home long-term!
This place is a very calm place to live in. The apartments are renewed. The office provides really good and fast service as well as the maintenance Team. Rodrigo and Ali are very good with their maintenance service.
Excellent choice of living. There are restaurants and stores near for anything you need. Maintenance team provides really good service, specially rodrigo.
They are very supportive and coordinating specially guy name Zi in leasing office patiently listen all your issues and concerns.
I have been a long time resident of Kia Ora and I love this apartment complex, the management and the maintenance service team. I use their new AI assistant to create fast work orders and my requests are always managed professionally by their maintenance team, especially Rodrigo, who usually fixes my issues and completes all my work orders. It’s a very safe community and always kept clean. My friends and family would visit me here in my apartment and they are impressed on how homey it is in my apartment and the environment.
