Stay away from this apartment. The maintenance crew always lie to you and the management doesn't care. I asked them to change my AC filter every 6 month. Now it is 2025 August, . I have bad breathing issues. Now I wonder why. Its totally illegal.
Did a great job coming to fix my ac unit at Ayala Fast response and quick work. Very nice emergency maintenance man.
I love living here, the people are so nice and it’s become home. But the management is bad. One, the rent is way too high when you live here for too long. Two, the trash pickup is bad. Nobody takes the trash from my friend’s home and yet they still have to pay for it. They’ve removed a lot parts of this community that I loved. Also, did I mention the rent???? Otherwise my experience has been great.
