After 7 years of absolute satisfaction with my Chrysler Pacifica, I was seriously considering switching to a Kia Carnival. I went with my friend to Kia Hunt Club, but the experience completely changed my mind. We waited 15–20 minutes with no acknowledgment, even after directly asking a sales advisor who never returned. One thing I appreciate about him is unwavering commitment throughout this process and after the sales.
