Won’t ever be buying a Kia again. Just make sure if you do you get EVERY promise from Kia staff in writing because all they do is lie & lie to sell a car. My vehicle came without a promised feature, I was told the Kia access app was “sooo amazing and free” yea only for one year they don’t tell you that. I feel like ‘Stacy’ (the seller of my car) deff only wanted to make a sale. Couldn’t care less about the actual customer. Don’t go here!
Ripoff and poor customer service. On the phone quoted $250 for used car inspection but said it's $400 when we got to the service center. When we got to the service counter, the employee treated us like we were bothering him for coming to get the car inspected.
This is a terrible Kia, and after talking to local people in the area who have dealt with this dealership they all say the same. I towed my car in because it was stalling out on the highway for a very clear engine problem. I was charged $900 for spark plugs and coils that didn’t have shit to do with my engine. Less than 5 days later my car stalls out again. Now I’m being told my engine had a hole in it? Why wasn’t that found during the first diagnostic?
