I've dealt with many service departments at many dealers in my life and I have yet to find a better dealership than Fathers & Sons. Just bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Tony and had a great experience. I had done a lot of price-watching and research over the past few months, and this was the best deal I've found by far. We bought a 2013 Kia Soul from Fathers and Sons about a month ago. It was a great experience! Our sales person Tim was professional and we didnt feel any pressure from him. Everything went very smooth and everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful. Had a great experience purchasing the new car from Kia of West Springfield. We found Paul to be very friendly and thorough. Paul and the others at Kia seemed very patient in finding us loan options. In the end, the loan and interest rate turned out better than expected. My husband has really enjoyed driving the car.
