I recently visited Kia of Frisco and got help from Joon. He was extremely knowledgeable about cars and, more importantly, really listened to my needs — something that’s hard to find in a salesperson these days. Unlike many others, he was genuinely attentive and caring. Even after I bought my car, his kindness didn’t stop there, which left a lasting impression on me.
