I’m in the middle about whether I would recommend this dealership or not. I purchased the 2020 Kia Sportage and I love the car. The only thing I have a problem with his the sales person telling me a “voluntary repossession” wouldn’t hurt my credit. I’ve had problems with my Kia Forte (purchased at a different dealer in northeastern PA) since I bought it and it even died in the parking lot. Justin was amazing. He took me right away, kept me informed the entire time . Explained what I needed. I’m caring for a terminally ill family member and can’t be away from her for long, and he got me in and out in an hour. I was very impressed.
