I bought a *** **** EV in June, 2023, from Kia of West Chester. The salesman, ******, was very nice to deal with. Without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience of my life. After setting up an appointment with "Greg," we drove 108 miles to Jim Sipala Kia of West Chester because they had an EV9 in the only trim line that we wanted. We we told to meet with Greg, who turned out to be too busy to talk with us and we were turned over to Stephen. $5000 premium on every car. Sales does not know their products in depth. They act like Covid it doesn’t exist. No one wears a mask inside the dealership. A scary experience. If they can sell car is this way more power to them.

It it was possible to give negative or zero stars I would. I was talking to Jay for about a week about getting a new Kia Sportage. My father and I both did credit applications as I needed a co-signer. On Monday I got a phone call that I got approved for the car with my dad and that my payments would be affordable. I went yesterday to get my hopes up and was basically told my credit was way under what I know what it is and that my payments would be $639 a month. Worst experience ever. I met with Chris Brousseau to look for a used car. He talked me into a brand new car, assured me it wasn’t that much more than the used one, and my interest rate would be lower. He told me I didn’t get approved to finance the used car, but I did get approved for the new car. I went in looking at a $17,000 car, and he tried to sell me a 32,000 car. I was there for 6 hours. Have had a lot of issues with them. I felt that I was taken advantage of being by myself, and a new car buyer. It’s a horrible feeling.
