Sitting in my mothers car that she just spent $860 getting the ac repaired, the air doesn't work at all while sitting at traffic light or while waiting in the car while its in park, took it back to them and was told they cant fix that issue!! A KIA dealership with a mechanic shop and they cant fix it!!! I am totally dissatified!!! All they did was recharge and charge for failed labor after me telling them all the issues it had 🤬

My experience with this dealership was unprofessional, misleading, and deeply unethical, and I want others to be aware before doing business here. I found a vehicle online listed at a price that fit my budget. When I called to confirm details, everything seemed fine until I mentioned I had my own financing. I was informed that everything was done on the up and up and that the value of my car was actually $149, not $500. The ultimate "shady used car" experience — but on a brand-new car. As seniors My wife & I have bought many cars, but this was hands-down the most regretful car buying experience of our lives. The deception started immediately, we went in to check out a Kia K5, never got to test drive one. The salesman rather pointed us to K4. He said it had all the options at $10K less than a K5.
