Without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience of my life. After setting up an appointment with "Greg," we drove 108 miles to Jim Sipala Kia of West Chester because they had an EV9 in the only trim line that we wanted. We we told to meet with Greg, who turned out to be too busy to talk with us and we were turned over to Stephen. $5000 premium on every car. Sales does not know their products in depth. They act like Covid it doesn’t exist. No one wears a mask inside the dealership. A scary experience. If they can sell car is this way more power to them.
This company does not stand behind their products! My car was diagnosed by Car Sense (where I bought it) that it needed a rear differential coupler replaced in it. I only had this car for 5 months. Car Sense told me they had to take it to Kia of WC bc it is still under their warranty. Well.... Kia refused to fix it bc they could not duplicate the noise it was making. Funny thing, as soon as I drove off their lot... the noise was there!!!!!! UGH Don't go here for service! They don't want to honor their warranty program at all... read more
