If I could vote a zero I would due to the fact of poor customer service. I lost my fob for my vehicle and towed the vehicle to the Kia dealership. Went in next business day to get a fob and the mentioned they will get on it right away and would be approximately $400 to $800 dollars and didn’t know if they have a key fob in stock. After an hour later they didn’t even get back to me and still haven’t started on my SUV or find out if they actually have a fob.
