We came in last weekend for an oil change and tire rotation last weekend we were told an hour wait ended up being over 2 hours- no big deal I get it things happen. However, throughout the time we waited we noticed almost every customer had an associate come out and tell them about their car give and update or make suggestions no one did this for us so I assumed all was good.
