Iāve been a loyal Kia customer for 8 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience Iāve ever had. I dropped my car off on September 17th for bumper service, and it took weeks for them to send the correct information to my insurance. My car didnāt even make it to a body shop for over a month. I asked to speak with a manager several times and never received a call back. The lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable.
