Had my tune up done today, better than the last time. Last time whomever did my vehicle decided that they could use their greasy hands under the hood, then inside on my door, gear shifter and steering wheel. Not even bothering to wipe it off, just leave it, thinking I would not speak up. The hell I didn't.
Ernie was great and so friendly. My Kia Seltos is Amazing.
I had the most amazing experience purchasing my 2026 Kia Sportage! The SUV is absolutely stunning and so much more than I could ever have imagined. The staff at Kia of St.Catharines are wonderful. Ernie, Ronnie as well as everyone else there are such genuine people and they truly want to help ensure their costumers receive the car of their dreams. The whole process was so seamless! I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend!

EDIT : I have emailed them as per down below and they still have not emailed me back. After I paid $250 to service my breaks as they told me I had to do, the grinding sound is back. We have also called them spoke to one of the managers and they said they would call us back next day. no call back. I have recorded the sound and will be contacting BBB, OMVIC, UCDA, consumer protection ontario. very disappointed in the quality of my new Kia Sportage. vehicle was purchased brand new at the end of June 2025 and only has 12000 kms ... read more
