We visited Kia St. Catharines recently and had a very disappointing experience. We waited for about 30 minutes without being acknowledged. No one approached us, showed us the vehicle, or answered our questions. Buying a car is a significant decision, and basic customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, we felt ignored and unwelcome. I hope management works on improving attentiveness and customer engagement.
very disappointed in the quality of my new Kia Sportage. vehicle was purchased brand new at the end of June 2025 and only has 12000 kms on it now. the auto stop was making a loud grinding noise when it engaged. At first we were told by the service advisor that this was normal even though it never made that noise the first 6 1/2 months we have had it. we were later told that we need a complete 4 wheel brake service (not covered by the warranty) in order to fix this problem. there is no way a vehicle should need a full brake s... read more
Went for an oil change on my car ( wich I bought there ). Staff is great, polite got my car in quickly, done a great job. I bought my car from Ernie in 2022. He saw me sitting and waiting for my car to be done. He sat with me and we chatted. Great people. Hi would highly recommend KIA StCathatines.
