Jacob was fantastic! Went to a few places and he was the only person that made my fiancé and I feel comfortable. Very personable, funny and knew his stuff! He never pressured us or made us feel like we had to buy. If you go to Kia, ask for Jacob. He will hook you up.
Kia St. Catharines have always given us amazing service, and today (Saturday) Sam and Mario took the time from their work days to fix a broken mirror on our car. We didn't have an appointment and they didn't have to help but they did anyway and we are so grateful! We wouldn't take our car anywhere else for service, 100% recommend Kia St. Catharines!
Amazing customer service.... WRONG. I bought a brand new car and before they would give it to me they made me post a positive review...review farming! Plus none of the fluids were topped up other than gas. And I spent so damn much and didn't even get a pen with the Kia logo on it. LOVE KIA, maybe just not this dealership
Beware of the SCAM!!! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Karan, made us drive 60kms to the dealership to find out the car was rusted, asked him pictures ahead of time, he sent all the pictures but not 3 rusted doors and broken windshield.
Osama was amazing to work with! He was kind, honest, and truly cared about helping me find the right car. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to him. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
