Great Experience. Friendly staff.
I had an oil change and inspection for my newly leased car on 5/20. I waited 3.5 hours, being told that a part was “recalled”. They never explained what part, but did tell me they weren’t able to replace it and that I would get a call about it. Well it’s been a month, no call, no explanation of what part was recalled. Oil changes and inspections of new vehicles shouldn’t take 3.5 hours. The service was free, but it certainly wasn’t worth the time.
Great service experience. Was only some routine maintenance but it was done quickly and the price was fair. Thank you!
