Service department is incompetent. Simple oil change turned into almost a catastrophic engine failure due to technicians negligence of checking the oil filter o ring, which was damaged in installation. As a result, the o ring failed and my oil was drained of oil. Only thing they did was another oil change to “fix” the thousands of miles in wear&tear this caused my engine.
