I have been getting calls, texts, and emails about a car I DO NOT OWN for the last 2 and a half years. I have asked countless times for this to be corrected. I have a Telluride, NOT a Sportage!! If someone can fix this and I go six months without hearing about this car I will gladly remove this review. ETA I have spoken with your team COUNTLESS times. Including your service manager.
don’t bring your car here . they do not fix anything . they just told us our fuel safety recall was fixed and it wasn’t and we had a very dangerous fuel leak today . never ever buy or get your car serviced at this dealer
In the past, when George was managing this service location, it was great. Now? Trash. I have a year and half old Kia Niro EV whose 12V battery has died. It’s covered under warranty but because this is a rural area, I can’t be without a car for a week. I rented a car, I was told I’d be reimbursed. I called Wednesday 4/15 to find out the status of the car after dropping it off Tuesday (4/14) and not hearing anything, and was told about the determination and that it would take until Monday, to get the battery in.
