Our alternator failed after 36,000 miles while we were on vacation visiting National Parks. Tom the Service Manager made sure we were worked in and sent someone to the regional warehouse to pick up an alternator so that we could get out the same day. They washed our vehicle which was almost entirely covered with bugs from the last few days of driving through Montana, Idaho and Washington. And loaned us a courtesy vehicle so we could get lunch.
