I went in to get my wife's motor checked bc it was burning to much oil and the blow back was bad also. Frustrating to what u have to go through to get your things under warranty taken care of . Well after 3 test they put in a new motor. So far everything is good I was just frustrated with the process. Make sure you have your maintenance record bc if not they will not fix without you paying for it so keep your records. I was originally extremely unhappy about bringing my vehicle in for service considering I’ve had subpar service the last couple times. However, service advisor Erica really turned that around. She was timely, professional, kept me informed, and ultimately provided an amazing experience. I’m glad they finally got some great people in there again. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Keep up the great work young lady!
Super slow service
The Receptionist in Service department wasn't the nicest, and since the Maintenance schedule for my vehicle couldn't be aligned with an available appointment for an Oil change, due to my schedule, I had to pay for someone else to have the first oil change, and wheel rotation of a vehicle purchased from Kia of Puyallup at a different place. It leaves customers with no alternative than to wait past the maintenance schedule of their vehicle to get in to have the work completed . Short and sweet, the staff are respectful, kind, courteous, and thorough. Tom Evans (Service Manager), Beth, and techs took the time to make sure our Carnival was repaired properly (in the shop for 3+ months) and kept in communication. Didn't have to ask for a loaner. They put us in a loaner once they got a hint, that it could be a while. Like the sales staff, they know how to serve & work with the customer. Thanks, ya all. 😎
