This dealership wasted so much of my time and left me completely shocked by the level of disorganization and disrespect. I brought in my 2022 Kia Telluride for service and they lost the car for THREE DAYS. I kept calling and even stopped by in person to ask what was going on, and no one could tell me where my vehicle was or if it had even been touched by a tech. Don't come here if you value your money and your time. You will wait at least 3 hours for a simple diagnostic which will cost you over $200 for. My kia has had more issues than any other car in my life and I regret purchasing it and I regret coming to this service department.
Worst service department ive ever been to. They don't consider or respect their clients time, nor are they trustworthy. Charging abhorrent jacked up prices just because they can. With the amount they charge their customers, the ekast they could do is hire enough employees to take care of their customers in a timely matter. People here have been waiting for over 5 hours for simple repairs that should taken 2 max. Don't come here if you value your time.
Never coming here again besides my free oil change yall owe me. I was told I needed new brake pads and brake fluid and it would be over 600 for all. We'll I took it elsewhere and that's not the case. I have pictures to co firm and will post later. Do not trust these peoole
