We recently went to this location to do a trade for a new Kia. We got to the point of offer on our car, and then bi-weekly payments. We asked our sales rep to see if he could do better on our trade in and we were ghosted. No response, no follow up, no closure. I guess we were just another number walking through the door. A pretty empty experience with little to no substance. If he had of worked with us we probably would have come back to figure something out but in the end, we didn’t feel important.
Have been dealing with this Kia location since the beginning of November 2025, trying to get a reimbursement for a recall that I previously did on my mother’s car. Communication is horrendous. Cannot get any replies to email very unorganized. They keep passing the buck to somebody else. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Have previously used the Stoney Creek Grimsby dealership I should’ve stayed with that dealership. This has been nothing but a nightmare.
