I visited Kia of Hamilton on May 6 to have an issue with my window buttons checked. I was told the part needed to be ordered, and that I’d receive a call when it arrived. Weeks went by with no update. I called twice, left voicemails, and even used the online chat on their website to follow up, but never heard back. On June 23, I decided to go in person (despite not living nearby). Only then was I told the part had arrived a week earlier, and they apologized for not notifying me.
