Bought a Subaru Impreza from Kia and the buying experience was fantastic, Josh was my sales representative and he offered me the ability to take the car for a test drive on my own accord, helped me to negotiate a price I felt very comfortable with, and was very communicative with me to resolve some, unknown to both of us, small issues with the car that crept up after I bought it. Financial department was also fantastic. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in!
Recommend caution when dealing with this dealership. My wife had purchased several vehicles here, but the management and staff cannot be trusted. The service department advised that her car needed a lot of work — a second opinion revealed it only required an oil change.
Pretty decent experience. Communication was a bit of an issue. Dropped off the vehicle for an appointment at 8:15am had to call at 4pm to find out information. Needed more time ended up not finding any issues.
KNOW YOUR CAR- EVENT MESSED UP Hi, We have received a call and then after a sms for an invitation to come over for an event called "KNOW YOUR CAR" going to held on TUE OCT 28, 2025 at 6pm. Then need us to call at KIA OF HAMILTON- UPPER JAMES location for the RSVP. We i have called they told me its a system error and the event is scheduled on THUR. OCT 30, 2025 at 6pm.
