Didn’t fix the problem they created!!! Tried to sell me parts I didn’t need! I know this because my son is a mechanic. Poor dealership garage! Woul highly suggest not going there!!!!

I purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento, the day I was supposed to pick it up after waiting an hour and a half , the salesman came to tell me that they had an issue with the transmission, so had to wait 2 weeks for it to get replaced. I went to pick it up drove it home and realized the cap for the drivers side handle was missing. Next morning I start my car and I received a notification on my dash that I needed transmission oil to bring it in immediately. So here is where it gets frustrating. Very nice location. Staff and manager are friendly. The agent who sold our car to us is Sam from Thailand. He is the best. Then when I have my first service, Charlie is the one who assisted me and did an exceptional job too. Their entire team are all pleasant. The uber they arrange are quick as Flash.
After some very challenging issues with getting my car serviced it finally was dealt with. I appreciated the service dept adjusting pricing to make up for the mistakes on their end. New employee Tara is an outstanding professional and was tremendous at dealing with a very frustrating process…calm, patient, polite. Tim is personable, professional and highly competent and I trusted his shuttle driving completely. ..safe, pleasant, punctual.
