I responded that I would like to come out after work (the dealership is over an hour away from me) or first thing on a Saturday. I got no response. I guess they don't want to sell vehicles. Probably best going elsewhere as this more than likely indicates how their customer service is.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend their service department due to them throwing parts at a slow oil leak issue I reported. Instead of putting fluorescent die in initially, they just guessed at replacing the oil filter housing and also put in a new gasket on the oil pan. The slow leak was not resolved. This took 3 visits (2 comebacks) after adding fluorescent die to the oil and they stated the oil leak was coming from a wrong size oil plug and wanted to charge for oil plug and additional oil. Over paid lease by $100 or more a month for a Kia K4, currently paying $416 for 36 months for a base model. This was with a $1000 down and an only $250 trade in for my 2010 Jeep Liberty. They didn't take time to review my DD214 to get the $500 Veteran discount. Next time I will use Chat GPT or Google Al to look up a proper lease amount. I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage. Four days ago while slowing down for oncoming traffic to make a left turn, the vehicle suddenly and without warning accelerated without my foot on the gas pedal. Called for a check engine light, granted bought the 2021 Kia Seltos used but did not expect engine light come on 2 mnths after purchase.
