Kia of Frisco is a very busy place on the weekends, so I'm glad we chose to come in early. We were greeted by Odis Seaberry in the parking lot. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. Odis had me test drive a vehicle of my choice and explained all of its features. After the test drive, We went home and went over our options. It's very frustrating when trying to get an oil change that HAS to be scheduled here, having to wait 3 days for the open appointment, showing up on time but then having to wait over 2 hours, anyway. Making it clear I was on break from work and dangerously over due getting this done, made NO difference, except the offer to not do the free carwash... Kia of Frisco, you can do better.
Buying my Kia K5 from Kia of Frisco was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to buying a car. From the buying experience to the service and maintenance.
