Though I am a big fan of Kia of Columbia (the shop has my 5 star review), I was rather disappointed with the service I recently received. I went in for my routine multi-site inspection and my car was functioning completely normally. When I received it back, my AC unit was not working correctly, making very loud noises and not turning hot air on. I do like Kia of Columbia! I wish I had a battery test or basic inspection.
Just gotta say I bought a 2020 KIA through Darold on the sales floor and had some questions and concerns about it at the end of the first week. He had me bring it on in, walked me directly to the service department who took me right in checked what I was concerned about (which turned out not to be an actual problem) explained things to me and had me out of there in about 30 minutes at no charge. Can't ask for better than that. Thank you Darold and the service department both.
