This dealership is among several at Kia which show a pattern of negligence, refusal to service properly, and outright deception. I was sold a NEW vehicle in mid 2021 that now has less than 60,000 miles on it and the catalytic converter has been swapped twice in less than one year. Every time I get service there they are the best and very detailed plus I get a video showing the service done in my vehicle this is the 4th review I give and it gets me free service. Very pleased and always recommend this place no doubt

I don’t think I will ever go to Kia of Clermont for service. I had to get my yearly car inspection and they charged me $1357.16 which I already knew was an overcharged because that made no sense to me but the way it was explained was that it was a mandatory service that needed to be done to my car. Mind you I am a woman and I’m by myself, which is easy pray for men in dealerships.
