I recently had my car here at Kia of Clermont and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received from Mr. Gio V. While there is no perfect dealership, that I know of, Kia of Clermont treats their service department customers very well. To say that we are disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. We brought our less than 1 year old kia in for routine maintenance and got everything recommended for the 15,000 mile service (including alignment diagnostic). They said we needed an alignment. We agreed, though it seemed to drive fine. When we picked it up it pulled drastically to the right. To make a long story short, after they had the car nearly six weeks and telling us 5 times the car was fixed, our alignment is still pulling significantly to the right.... read more

If you need a repair under warranty, go to a different dealer. We needed a sensor replaced at 34k miles. Kia Clermont wanted to charge us $399 and said it was a maintenance expense We took it to another dealer ship and they ordered the part. Another time, they had the fraudulent windshield people wanting our insurance for a repair not needed.
Had a motor replaced took a month in a half , barely any communication, still had car troubles, didnt fully do the maintenance correctly or all the way. When corrected. Had other issues 2 weeks later went back and had the worst experience with the advisors scattering and the mechanic very bad attitudes and angry. Wont ever be going back.
