I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the poor treatment and irresponsibility of the Kia dealership in Clermont. After receiving a safety warning from Kia, I took my car to the Kia dealership in Clermont today to have some air conditioning parts replaced that could pose a fire risk. The car was left there all day in perfect condition, but when I picked it up, it wasn't cooling and was displaying multiple malfunctions on the dashboard that weren't there before I brought it in. I recently had my car here at Kia of Clermont and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received from Mr. Gio V. While there is no perfect dealership, that I know of, Kia of Clermont treats their service department customers very well. They have paid for me to have an “app based shuttle service” home while my car was having work done, in the past. As well as providing drinks and snacks, if you’re waiting. To say that we are disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. We brought our less than 1 year old kia in for routine maintenance and got everything recommended for the 15,000 mile service (including alignment diagnostic). They said we needed an alignment. We agreed, though it seemed to drive fine. When we picked it up it pulled drastically to the right. To make a long story short, after they had the car nearly six weeks and telling us 5 times the car was fixed, our alignment is still pulling significantly to the right.... read more
