I don’t think I will ever go to Kia of Clermont for service. I had to get my yearly car inspection and they charged me $1357.16 which I already knew was an overcharged because that made no sense to me but the way it was explained was that it was a mandatory service that needed to be done to my car. Mind you I am a woman and I’m by myself, which is easy pray for men in dealerships. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the poor treatment and irresponsibility of the Kia dealership in Clermont. After receiving a safety warning from Kia, I took my car to the Kia dealership in Clermont today to have some air conditioning parts replaced that could pose a fire risk. The car was left there all day in perfect condition, but when I picked it up, it wasn't cooling and was displaying multiple malfunctions on the dashboard that weren't there before I brought it in. I recently had my car here at Kia of Clermont and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received from Mr. Gio V. While there is no perfect dealership, that I know of, Kia of Clermont treats their service department customers very well. They have paid for me to have an “app based shuttle service” home while my car was having work done, in the past. As well as providing drinks and snacks, if you’re waiting.
