My car was towed in July 3 2025. After more than two months (Sep 5), upon return of my vehicle it barely made it home. The person answering the call responded by saying, we don't know that it didn't run like that before. (Maybe he didn't know it has a new engine) Their solution was to have me tow it back at my own expense, and couldn't return my loaner/rental. Excellent service across the board, especially in the service department. Mr. Marshall R. was very professional, he took time to explain everything as well kept update on my service.
I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Ed the service advisor is completely unresponsive. The service manager Mario Moto had never answered a single call! Had warranty work done on my husband’s car which was BOTCHED. They had the car for over a week and still didn’t do the work properly. So the car isn’t drivable. Now no one from the service department will answer our calls. And icing on the cake?? DAMAGED THE PAINT JOB TOO!!!!!! I will be reporting to BBB.
