Every time I get service there they are the best and very detailed plus I get a video showing the service done in my vehicle this is the 4th review I give and it gets me free service. Very pleased and always recommend this place no doubt

I don’t think I will ever go to Kia of Clermont for service. I had to get my yearly car inspection and they charged me $1357.16 which I already knew was an overcharged because that made no sense to me but the way it was explained was that it was a mandatory service that needed to be done to my car. Mind you I am a woman and I’m by myself, which is easy pray for men in dealerships. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the poor treatment and irresponsibility of the Kia dealership in Clermont. After receiving a safety warning from Kia, I took my car to the Kia dealership in Clermont today to have some air conditioning parts replaced that could pose a fire risk. The car was left there all day in perfect condition, but when I picked it up, it wasn't cooling and was displaying multiple malfunctions on the dashboard that weren't there before I brought it in.
