Liars, Cheaters, worst experience. I have been waiting for a refund for 8 weeks. I was told that if I finance, which I did NOT want to do, I'd get additional discounts. I come to find out from KIA finance there is no such program. I paid off the vehicle immediately and I am still trying to get the interest I had to pay refunded. They told me to wait until I got the refund for the extended warranty I did not want and was included in my payments to the tune of 4K and they would give me a lump sum. Not yet!! I am writing to thank Kia of Clermont; namely Oscar and Hicham for assisting me with a key battery change that I was having a problem with. I was in the area and thought I would have to make an appointment to have my battery changed in my key. I had the batteries with me but couldn't get the key opened. They both kindly took the time out of their work day to change the key battery for me. It was so nice to have such attention given to a customer. Didn’t have any advertised deals on the lot. Tried to bat and switch me with “The deal of a lifetime”, which was not even close to the advertised offers. Told him I wanted to check with another Kia dealership (City Kia) that had the advertised models on their lot, and that’s when he got furious! He told me that City Kia was a bad dealership, and would lie to me and not be able to even come close to what he was offering. I told him if that was the case, then I’d be back.
