Bring 2020 Kia Sedona into Cape Coral Kia for TSB Extended warranty part . Zach was my service expert . He was honest and up front which was very nice . They were able to get the part and fix same day ! Do not go to Ft.Myers Kia . They would not even listen to my phone calls and immediatly dismissed me . The BBB should look into Kia of Ft.Myers

My experience wasn't necessarily bad. The service sales rep I had was helpful and kind and made the experience pleasant however I would be wary of them upselling you services you don't need. Being told you need to replace something you replaced two days prior on your own feels a bit.. excessive and made me distrust the other "issues" they found. I made a service appointment last week for Monday morning at 7 am. They were to run a diagnostic on the car as all of the safety features stopped functioning. I brought it in this morning at (Monday) 7 am and the service tech sent me away and said they are three days out on diagnostic services. What good is scheduling an appointment for the next week then being told, after driving some distance to get to said appointment, we can't help you.
