If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had several issues with Auffenberg as a whole, but this last one is the straw that breaks the camels back. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! I have purchased 3 vehicles with Auffenberg Kia, Ford North and the pre owned lot. This particular instance is absolutely infuriating and I refuse to go back. Brought my Kia in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 2hours and 15 minutes, i was not given any update of progress as I was in waiting room. If i didn't have the maintenance plan i payed for, which includes these services, i would be going somewhere else for those services not Bergstrom.

The experince was AWFUL!😡 Kenneth (service advisor) is the WORSE person to communicate with. You call, he’s 99.9% of the time “out” of his desk, you left a message, NEVER call you back. His attitude is way out to be professional. Mr. Terry Cameron (parts manager) is the same way with lack of communication and sarcastic. I guess you as a Dealership, should train your people and “advisors” better, make them understand that they should respect the customers and not play around with them. Do NOT buy a used car from these guys. The buying experience was great. Caleb was great. When I bought it they sold me a 2 year extended warranty. Which I thought, at the time, was good. But after a few months the problems started. I also had asked them several times when I could bring it in for an oil change. They said it was not time yet. On Saturday October 11, 2025 I dropped my car off at Ron Bouchards Honda in Lancaster Ma. due to a transmission dashboard light on the dashboard of my 2017 Honda Pilot. I was asked to call the service department back on Monday October 13 to speak with the service manager "JJ". will never buy again!. sales person was nice. we bought for export. the cluesless finacial manager was not able to put our german adress in the buyers note. he promised next day. it never happened. now they say they can t do. that was a part of the deal!!!!!
