The service is terrible and the customer service sucks. Nobody Answers the phone calls had to leave work just to get an answer or an update about my vehicle. The service manager said that he would take care of me and my vehicle and that was not true… had to stay on him the whole entire time to fix my vehicle. Service Manager said too drop off my vehicle on a Monday and I will have it back in 3-4 days… Can you Say 3-4 weeks and then on top of that he doesn’t have a loaner car too put me in while my vehicle is in the shop. I had a very disappointing experience at the Kia of Bowie Service Department. I stood at the service desk while three service advisers completely ignored me. Two of them made direct eye contact with me but still didn’t say a word—not even a simple acknowledgment that I was there. Customer service is about more than just fixing cars; it’s about making customers feel valued. A simple “We’ll be with you shortly” would have made a huge difference.
