Excellent customer service
I was there for service on 13 November 2024 and will never go back. My Telluride blacked out lug nuts on my 2022 Nightfall were stolen while my car was left for service. I didn’t realize until two days later when I washed my car. I now have a blacked out tire lock with regular lug nuts. The Service Manager was incredibly rude, dismissive and condescending. I don’t recommend Kia of Bowie for any service, especially for women customers. I am still waiting for Kia of Bowie to right this wrong.
Kia of Bowie Service center is the worse my truck is not even 2 years old day time running lights both went out schedule appointment and they don’t have the part in stock.
I was their loyal customer, I moved 50 miles away but was still servicing my car there since their previous service advisor(Jacob) was awesome. Since he left, everything started to go down. Their customer service, wait-times, overpromises etc. I scheduled my service with them last week and took off work just to get it done. While I was on my way to them(on a toll road btw!), they called me and said “we have a lot of cars we haven’t even touched yet. We have to reschedule your appointment”.
