I set an appointment to drop off my 2025 Kia Sportage because I’ve had MULTIPLE instances of my car not accelerating faster than 25-30mph, causing me to almost be hit multiple times. I took my car initially to the Springfield KIA due to this, because I purchased it there, but it was unable to be fixed and went undiagnosed. Got in and out. Was given recommendations for care and upkeep of my vehicle with the prices? Very friendly. Great waiting area with free coffee and popcorn.
My first experience getting an oil change/tire rotation there was fine, but it seems they didn't want my business for a second appointment. I was trying to get four new tires (as recommended) but it was practically impossible to get through to someone to answer a simple question about the tires. I responded to a text from them and they texted back, "Thank you for choosing us. We'll see you then." I hadn't scheduled anything.
