I brought my Kia to the service center to have several recalls addressed and to have them look at an issue with my rear parking sensors. UnMatured processes in context of service booking specifically for EV cars. While they know it’s their problem, they still push back to the client in a ways that it clients problem. An indication of dishonesty

I brought my Kia Niro here as it developed a slow leak in one of the tires, and I wasn't sure whether or not it was a defect that might be covered under the OE tire warranty. Turned out it wasn't (there was a small nail in the tire) Kia of Attleboro fixed the tire for a very fair price and washed and vacuumed the interior as well. They are extremely kind but not thorough with information. Their mechanics were unable to locate the cause of my car's issue.

When I go in I usually speak with Oscar and he’s been a great help. Informative and attentive, answers all my questions. Matt has been just as great the times I’ve worked with him also. The woman who helps with the loaner car is awesome too, but I can’t remember her name.
