Sat for an oil change for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Still not in. A 1:30 appointment doesn't mean 3:30. I want to use the dealership. As do others . Supposedly they are more adept at fixing a specific brand. But they once again show they DO NOT VALUE YOUR BUSINESS OR TIME. It's not that hard to consider your customers. Imagine that

Avoid this dealership at all cost when it comes to repairs. I took my 2019 kia optima here for a starting issue and was told it was the valve gasket cover. This was “fixed” for the insane price of $452 (this is a $50 part and takes maybe 2 hours of work) and two days later my spark plugs fouled out. My spark plugs and coil packs were replaced 2 months prior to this and were fine up until this repair. Service manager, Manny, at this dealership is awful and does not honor his word. On 1/14, I went for a scheduled oil change. In doing the oil change, they found there was an immediate repair that needed to be done, the valve cover gasket, $695.39 cost. I couldn't have the repair done that day and so I scheduled to come back on 1/17 and they completed the job on the 17th (even though, for some reason, they don't show it in their records, but I have the receipt). We took our 2017 Kia Nero in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back, it would only putt putt. I almost got hit pulling out of the dealership. It died when I pulled in a parking lot to turn around and go back, not even a block away. The dealership towed it back, denying that anything they did would've caused that. They finally said the engine seized, which caused the battery to go bad and it was just a coincidence that it happened then.
