I took my electric Kia here last week for a major warranty service after experiencing multiple issues with the garage I bought it from in Newcastle. The contrast is stark! The guys at SG Petch were friendly, helpful and efficient. The drop off process was easy and the car was ready ahead of time. There was a minor issue following the service and this was sorted today while I waited. Would recommend this team and I will be returning in the future!
