I went to get my AC repaired here July 31, 2026 because it wasn't blowing cool air and got charged $230 even though my car was still under warranty. I drove to Washington state a week later and experienced triple digit weather on the way, AC wasnt blowing cool air at all no matter what adjustments I made. Today is August 13, 2026, my AC still isn't working. See my attached video for reference.
Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave in our new car and our local dealership told us they could schedule us in to look at it in 35 days. We called down to Kia of Marin and they made it a priority to get us in the next day. They diagnosed the problem and had to order an additional part to take care of the problem. It came in a few days later and the whole AC problem was resolved in five total days. Adrian in the service department was amazing and they will be getting our business from here on out. Amazing folks there!
This is my first Kia, and I just went in for the first time to get a software update on my brand new car door handle. While calling to make an appointment, the recording said they were busy helping other customers. I hug up and figured I would call back in a few minutes….but they proactively called ME back and apologized for missing my call!!
