I have a 2020 Kia Telluride, which had a recall on parts that caused the high beams to malfunction. I took my Kia to Kia Mall of Georgia, and after the diagnosis and waiting 3 months for parts, they "fixed it," but my high beams still weren't working. I took my Kia back, and they admitted they gave me faulty replacement headlights and left a fuse unplugged. Tried to charge me $1600 for an issue with my radiator. Claimed it was cracked due to external force and is not covered by warranty. Brought it to another shop for a second opinion, found there was no external damage. We brought the radiator to be confirmed for damages to KIA again and after doing a pressure test, they also confirmed that this should have been put under warranty. They wanted me to tow my car back to KIA and refused to have it in writing that it would be covered. Only thing this tells me is that they did not ... read more

Last weekend, I had a great fine experience working with Rob and CJ at this dealership. They were very attentive and very helpful and addressing my requirements and stay with me and stay focused with me during the entire time.. They really want to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted with the features that I need.
We bought our brand new Kia here a few years ago and they have done a great job of helping us. Take care of it. Great people great service great location.
