I was a walk in for a faulty door lock for my gas compartment. I was taken care of promptly by Linda, the service rep. The fix will require parts and another visit, but the mechanic fixed it so I could at least get the door open to fill up with gas. The waiting area was very nice, clean, & comfortable. The new facility is also very nice. It will be a pleasure to take my Telluride in for service.

This is an updated review. My car has 33k miles on it but went out of warranty in Oct because I bought it when it was 10 months old. I went to drive my car and the battery was completely dead. I replaced it and added coolant. The next day my check engine light was on. I brought the car to the dealership. I was told the issue was because I didn't tighten down the battery connection properly. I agree that it was loose, however, it died for a reason. This is my first visit to this dealership and I was extremely impressed. I was met at the door by a polite and professional service tech.
