Thomas went above and beyond to fix a problem with my car! Customer services at it finest. Courtesy, honesty and all with a smile. He even washed my car when he was done! Thank you Step One Kia rocks!
Everyone is so nice and even though it does take a while for the service they have a comfortable atmosphere to wait in and complimentary drinks and snacks to chose from plus WiFi
I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be purchasing another vehicle from Kia. At the time of purchase, I was told I had a full coverage warranty up to 100,000 miles. Now that I’m having issues with my vehicle, I’m being told nothing is covered because I “missed it” by 5,000 miles, even though I’m currently at 65,000 miles. That alone feels misleading. The staff was great. Unfortunately I was scheduled for two recalls but only one was completed. The program for the second one was not available from Kia, so I will reschedule. There was no charge which I appreciate it.
