If your like me the worst thing about buying a car is dealing with the shady car salesman. I can tell you that is not the case here. Denzel was an amazing salesman and the reason we came back after not making a deal initially. This guy was knowledgeable, transparent, friendly and extremely down to earth. He made it a no pressure fun buying experience!
2024/2025 We stopped coming this place to do any maintenance anymore but we had to schedule an appointment for a minor recall repair and it's the only Kia service department in FWB. Regardless the scheduled appointment far in advance, it's still more than 5 hours wait to get minimum done. While waiting, we talked to a manager regarding their offer on the phone to purchase our car. Horrible service! I have a Kia and one of my seatbelts stopped working, it would not lock the belt. Called to get it looked at since I use all my seats for kids. So in other words they had no care I would have a child not buckled. Major safety issues!!!! I was told nothing could be done till December 23rd. So I called Bill Byrd Kia and they got me in today! . Fernando was so kind and easy to work with when I went in to get myself a new car, I would highly recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for his input/assistance due to how flexible he and the team was in helping work out a deal that didn't just work but was far more than fair.
Scheduled an appointment for a minor recall repair this morning with FWB Kia service department few weeks back. arrived on time but we were told it would be a long time (3-4 hours). Came back to check after 3 hours and found out the car was still parking in the waiting line under the carport. Had to wait another 2 hours. What's the point to even schedule an appointment in far advance?
