My daughter bought a brand new Kia 2026 from kia LaSalle she didn't even have the car not even a full 12 hours. When the sun came down we found chips on the hood and door. Scratches on the bumper and wax all over the lights and bumper changing the color. The dealer manager doesn't seem to care. Water coming from insides the car when it rains. They are not good honest people. They sold her a used alcar saying it was new. Terrible customer service.
I had a tire puncture while in town and was towed to this location a little over a week ago. I called ahead and the service was truly exceptional. They took me in with little to no notice, found the puncture that had me completely flat and had me back on the road in perfect condition in less than 1 hour and end to end it cost me less than $80. Road side service was great. Dealership was awesome.
My experience was very disappointing\. I found the sales process to be quite pushy, with a strong focus on completing the sale rather than ensuring that I fully understood what was being done. There was little to no verbal clarification throughout the process, which left me feeling uninformed.
