Very disappointing experience with Kia LaSalle in Montreal. I brought my Kia EV9 (electric vehicle) on February 26th for urgent issues and service, and after more than 3 weeks, I still don’t have my car back. The biggest issue is not even the delay—it’s the complete lack of communication and customer service. Every week I call for an update, and no one can give me a clear answer or timeline. Le jeune homme qui nous a accueillis au service a été très aimable et attentionné tout au long de notre visite, ce qui a rendu l’expérience très agréable. Nous avons également été agréablement surpris par le service de transport en taxi pendant que nous attendions la réparation, un détail qui fait vraiment la différence et montre une vraie attention envers les clients. Sans aucun doute, une excellente expérience. 100 % recommandé.
