Michael Tatum was my service advisor and provided me 100% quality service. Honestly, he was the best and quickest service advisor I have had in years at Kia. He gave great advise on my car and he helped me with my tail light replacement in Jan 24, 2026. Please if you need help even if it is an oil change go to him.
I recently interacted with a rental agent named Stephanie at Kia Cerritos on 3/27/26. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Stephanie came across as unwelcoming and rude when I asked her to repeat information I didn’t fully understand. For someone in a customer service role, I expected patience and kindness, but her attitude made the process unnecessarily stressful. I hope Kia Cerritos addresses this so that future customers can have a more positive and helpful experience.
The service center is mainly what this review is about. I brought my car in regarding a battery issue. Nick Nguyen was the person who was suppose to be helping me. He did not help me at all. My car was there for over a week without receiving any communication. I called and texted the number he provided and received no call. Please do not use this Kia dealer for service. My son and I took our Kia Soul for a recall service. They completed the recall but did not check the vehicle at all because we haven't done any oil changes on it. The engine light came on for gotta let it converter issue. Which is part of the recall. They refused to help us with anything and not answering our calls.
