Had a great experience with Joe at the service center. Service was fast, kind and super helpful. Am happy to come back here for my oil changes.Â
I am not really happy. I took my car in on a Friday and immediately they told me I wouldn't get it back until Friday. They're open on the weekend and my car sat in the same place, not being looked at until I finally contacted them on Tuesday. (I know this because of the app linked to my car) Then they tell me I might not have it back until Friday. I'm not happy with the service. I did get my car back in Wednesday, with an I'm sorry, we didn't find anything wrong.Â
Visit there if you want your money to be stolen and to for the employees to say âyou signed the contract that itâs not our responsibilityâ. When you guysâ employee literally stole $1,100 cash out of my glovebox. Go there if you want your money stolen from some employee there! Ps im reporting to the police.Â
Horrible service , they need better training . They more chant then services .. . They tell you one price and end up doble horribleÂ
Donde vas por una pieza y no hay nadie para atenderte te quedas esperando mucho tiempo y nunca sale nadie, con un vendedor y la persona que esta hay ala par de partes muy amable pero el de partes no esta solo les interesa vender carros pero no atender si uno nesecita algo que feo forma de atender al clienteÂ
