Appointment booked at 7 didn't leave till 5 on the dot. Constantly asked for an update and was being told it'd "be a while" with no time frame given. My vehicle came out with 4 recommended repairs all coming out to 3k. Ended up fixing my battery only an under cover for $988. Asked to speak to their manager for the amount of time I waited. They dont know how to look up warranties. They're lazy, they tell you to come in but wont tell you the cost of a diagnosis. Communicating with them is like talking to bag of bricks. the cost of a diagnosis is a standard price, about 260 dollars.
I am not really happy. I took my car in on a Friday and immediately they told me I wouldn't get it back until Wedneday. They're open on the weekend and my car sat in the same place, not being looked at until I finally contacted them on Tuesday. (I know this because of the app linked to my car) Then they tell me I might not have it back until Friday. I'm not happy with the service. I did get my car back in Wednesday, with an I'm sorry, we didn't find anything wrong.
Had a great experience with Joe at the service center. Service was fast, kind and super helpful. Am happy to come back here for my oil changes.
